Patient Services Team
Our Patient Service Advisors provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial point of contact for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
The team assist patients on the phone as well as face-to-face in the surgery. They ensure urgent issues are dealt with quickly. They provide support to our patients as well as our clinical staff.
We have a team of administrators working within the patient services team. They manage the day-to-day operations behind the scenes including preparing reports, dealing with correspondence and registering new patients joining the practice. They are responsible for receiving and managing the electronic communications, ensuring they are filed to the patient record and any actions are passed to a GP or member of the pharmacy team.
To support our busy practice we have a team of medical secretaries who provide specialist administrative support to GPs and other members of the clinical team. They play an important role in managing clinical correspondence and liaising with patients, hospitals and other healthcare services.
